Staying at home encourages a sense of independence. The patient has the comfort of familiar surroundings, family and friends, which facilitates the recovery process. Our services are tailored to meet the needs of each patient. Continuous Care Services (CCS) professionals will educate patients, family and friends to assist with care as appropriate. |

Our staff members are licensed or certified in their professions. Supervision is provided for all staff and cases admitted to Continuous Care Services. When admitted to our care, all skilled health care services are directed by the patient's personal physician. |
